How does the AI conversation agent work?
The AI reads your knowledge base and brand guidelines, then drafts replies to inbound WhatsApp and SMS messages in your brand voice. Each draft routes to your approval queue (Human on the Loop) — you approve, edit, or reject with a single tap before the message is sent. Confidence scoring flags the drafts that need a closer look.
How quickly can I deploy?
Most customers are live within a single session — typically 30 to 60 minutes. You upload your knowledge base, connect your WhatsApp Business number, and the agent is ready.
What channels does Autara support?
Autara currently supports WhatsApp Business and SMS. Additional channels are on the roadmap.
Is Autara GDPR compliant?
Yes. Autara is registered with the ICO (registration ZC108838). All customer data is stored in the EU. Personal data is redacted before reaching AI inference endpoints. Customer content is never used to train AI models.
What happens when the AI is not sure what to say?
Every draft routes to your approval queue (Human on the Loop), and confidence scoring flags the uncertain ones for a closer look. You review the AI draft, edit if needed, and approve with one tap. Nothing is sent without your approval.
How is my brand voice configured?
You define your brand voice during onboarding — tone, style, response patterns, and escalation rules. The AI learns from every correction you make to its drafts, improving accuracy over time.
How much does Autara cost?
Plans start at £149 per month (Starter). Growth is £499 per month. Scale is £1,200 per month. Enterprise pricing is custom. Annual billing saves 20%.
